Five People Attacked at Tulsa County Courthouse

A fight broke out at the Tulsa County Courthouse Tuesday morning.

The fight broke out between four suspects and five witnesses, just after 9:15 a.m. Tuesday on the 8th floor of the courthouse.

According to an arrest report, security footage showed four suspects approach five witnesses waiting to testify about a crime allegedly committed against one of the witnesses who was being attacked.

KTUL.com has not been able to confirm any information about the original crime for which the witnesses were there to testify.

The four suspects included two adults and two juveniles.

One adult suspect, Esteban Elizalde, reportedly threw several punches before deputies arrived to break up the fight. Two juveniles reportedly joined in.

Nothing is known about the fourth suspect because some of the arrest report has been marked out.

Elizalde was arrested at 9:30 a.m., and two juveniles were taken to Youth Services of Tulsa's Tulsa Area Community Intervention Center (CIC).

Elizalde was charged with aggravated assault and battery and malicious injury to property, both misdemeanors.

He also had two warrants for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and violation of park curfew. His bond is $7309.
