Owasso Man Arrested for 1st Degree Rape of Minor

An Owasso man accused of sexually assaulting a minor is behind bars Friday.

62-year-old Juan Manuel Sanchez has been charged with one count of first-degree rape by instrumentation of a minor under age 14 and two counts of forcible oral sodomy of a minor under 16.

The alleged assault took place on April 1st.

A warrant was issued for Sanchez's arrest on Wednesday.

He was booked just after 4:00 p.m. Friday. His bond is set at $300,000.
