Tulsa Teen Drowns At Keystone Lake

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say a Tulsa teen has drowned in Keystone Lake.

It happened Saturday evening just after 7:30 near Old Keystone Ramp.

Troopers say Thomas Alvarez was on a surfboard when he fell off.

He went underwater and never came back up.

His body was found a few hours later near where he went under.

An accident report indicates Alvarez was not wearing a life jacket.
