An Oklahoma County man accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian is behind bars.

61-year-old Leonard Lee Bailey allegedly crashed into a pedestrian, killing the victim in the parking lot of 1109 Northwest 10th Street in Oklahoma City on March 27th.

Bailey allegedly fled the scene of the fatal accident.

Authorities said he was driving without a valid driver's license.

Bailey has been charged with causing a fatal accident without a valid driver's license and leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
