State Representative Mike Ritze says he plans to stop the federal health care law in Oklahoma.
Ritze plans to reintroduce a bill that would nullify the individual mandate, which requires people to buy health insurance.
His bill would authorize the Oklahoma Attorney General to defend those who fail to buy health insurance and it would criminalize the enforcement of the individual mandate.
