Man Dies In Drive-By Shooting

Tulsa police have arrested 17-year-old Charles Birmingham in connection with the shooting death of a man last month.

Police say 45-year-old Mark Hutchinson was standing on a sidewalk outside the Bradford Apartments on 32nd Street North about 1:30 A.M. June 1, when a car drove up and someone fired shots out the window. The man was hit several times and later died at the hospital.

Birmingham was arrested late Wednesday night, and faces charges of 1st Degree Murder.
