A Midwest City LPC has been charged with Medicaid fraud.

44-year-old Dora Ologweraro Uwudia was charged with three counts of Medicaid fraud.

She allegedly billed in excess of $4,000 in fraudulent claims to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA).

Parents of some of Uwudia's patients identified for the State Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit sessions that were billed to OHCA that never occurred.

Seven reported that their children never received any counseling from Uwudia at all.

Uwudia is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a licensed professional counselor (LPC). She owns Minding Minds PC in Oklahoma City.
