Teens Injured in Highway 97 Collision

A collision on Highway 97 leaves a Jeep overturned and four teens injured.

The collision happened around 8:30 p.m. on the bridge over the Arkansas River in the 2700 block of North State Highway 97.

Tulsa's Channel 8's crew on the scene reported that a 20-year-old man in a four-door Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution T-boned a Jeep with four teenaged girls inside.

All four girls were reportedly taken to local hospitals in serious condition.

The driver of the Jeep was reportedly uninjured but was ticketed for reckless driving.
