Judge: Firework Sales At Red Clay Casino Site Legal

A federal judge says, the Kialegee Tribe was okay to sell fireworks at it's Red Clay Casino site.

Attorney General Scott Pruitt wanted the tribe held in contempt.

But a judge said Monday, his injunction was to stop construction of the casino.

And pouring a gravel parking lot for Crazy Debbie's Fireworks prior to the 4th of July was not a violation.
