Ben Habern Named to Rimington Trophy Watch List

Ben Habern was named to the 2012 Rimington Trophy Watch list. The Sooner offensive lineman has started 30 games at center for Oklahoma in his career.

The Rimington Trophy is given the most outstanding center in the country.

Habern is one of four Big 12 players represented on the Rimington Trophy Watch List, joining BJ Finney (Kansas State), James Fry (TCU) and Joe Madsen (West Virginia).

The winner of the Rimington Trophy will be honored at the Rococo Theater in Lincoln, Neb, on January 12, 2013. The award's namesake, Dave Rimington, was a consensus All-America center at the University of Nebraska in 1981 and 1982.
