Testimony continues Wednesday in the trial of a man charged with a deadly shooting at the Arrowhead Mall in Muskogee.
Attorneys for Dondray Fowler say he was acting in self-defense when he shot and killed Jarrod Reed 17, and injured five others in April of 2010.
They called an expert witness who says the spent bullet shells show fowler was moving when he fired his gun.
Prosecutors say security footage shows fowler acted intentionally.
The trial is expected to last all week.
