Police say a suspect shot at two officers near this business close to 14th and Garnett

Tulsa police believe they have shot and captured the suspect accused of shooting at officers 3 times after he robbed a doughnut shop Thursday morning.
Tulsa Police locked down an east Tulsa neighborhood Thursday, while they set up a perimeter to search for the suspect.
Dispatchers tell KTUL.com that a man that shot at two police officers outside businesses near 14th and Garnett.
Officers continue to ask people who live in the area of 16th St. S down to 17th St. and 108th to 109th East Avenues to stay inside and lock their doors. Police don't want anyone outside for any reason.
