Downtown Tulsa -
Traffic going eastbound on 10th Street at Cincinnati Avenue will be diverted to 13th Street due to roundabout construction at Elgin Avenue beginning Monday.
Westbound traffic on 11th Street will be able to pass through the intersection with Elgin Avenue.
This detour is expected to continue through late September or early October.
This is part of ongoing construction to change the intersection of 10th Street and Elgin Avenue from a formerly-signalized intersection to a roundabout.
Elgin Avenue remains closed between 9th and 10th streets.
