Consider it Green Country's own little "Comic-Con".
Tokyo In Tulsa returns this weekend.
It's a three day event at the Convention Center and features Japanese artists, video games, music, fashion and anime.
7,000 visitors are expected.
And many of them will come in costume.
Organizers say, it's kind of like Halloween.
Saif Khan is the Director of Gaming.
He says, "You dress up as your favorite character. What's really awesome in it becomes artwork within itself. There are some people walking around in outfits that they put over 100 hours work into just that one outfit. And then they'll have 5 to 7 outfits through the course of the weekend."
This is Tokyo In Tulsa's fifth year.
