Wagoner County -
Porter residents kicked off the 46th annual Porter Peach Festival Friday.
Festivities included peach contests, a parade, a 5K run, arts and crafts, a car show, mud races, a carnival, a pageant, turtle races, a water balloon toss, a pet show, an antique tractor pull, gospel music bands, a scavenger hunt, Karaoke, and much more.
Vendors sold food and other items.
Tulsa's Channel 8's Chief Meteorologist Frank Mitchell broadcast live from the festival on Friday.
The festival, organized by the Porter Lion's Club, continues through Sunday.
