The Sand Springs Elks Lodge held their annual Boat Poker Run Fundraiser on Keystone Lake Saturday.

Sand Springs Elks Lodge Public Relations Officer Honey Parsons told KTUL.com that participants went to various stations around the lake, receiving a new card at each stop.

Whoever had the best hand at the last stop won.

The first stop was Dry/Lost Lake, and the final stop was Walnut Creek State Park 2.

Burgers, hot dogs, and drinks were available at the last stop.

The event began at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 3:00 p.m.

Prizes were handed out at 4:00 p.m. Ms. Parsons said first place went to "Braden B," second place to "Justin R," and worst hand to "Gary B."

Hands were $20 each, and wildcards were $5 each.

Ms. Parsons said all proceeds will go to veterans.

The Sand Springs Elks Lodge supports troops, veterans, Special Olympics, special-needs kids, scholarship programs, food programs, area schools, and more.
