Midtown Tulsa -
A man could face D.U.I charges after he ran his car into a Greek restaurant early Monday morning.
Tulsa Police responded to an injury accident at the "It's Greek To Me" restaurant on Admiral and Harvard ten after 3 a.m.
Police say the driver was trying to make a right turn, but ran up on the curb. He lost control of his vehicle and went into the building. Police believe the man was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the accident.
The building suffered substantial damage including a collapsed roof and wall.
Police say the man is in fair condition.
