Security video shows an Okmulgee woman under arrest and in handcuffs being tasered by a McAlester police officer.
It happened inside the Pittsburg County Correctional Center.
28-year-old Nakina Williams was reportedly hit with a taser at point blank range in late June.
She was struck in the chest, while her hands were cuffed behind her back.
The shock lasted about 5 seconds.
According to an arrest report, Williams was intoxicated and had spit in the police officer's.
Williams is now suing the police department.
