Residents at two local nursing homes were surprised by a very special delivery Wednesday morning.
Tenants of Ranch Terrace and Northside Nursing Homes in Sapulpa were given flower arrangements inside bright "be happy" mugs.
It is all part of national "Make Someone Smile" week. Local florists from Teleflora, along with other florists and volunteers in the area, have been working hard all week to put these arrangements together. Today they delivered over 100 flower arrangements, mugs, and countless smiles.
This is the 12th year Teleflora has taken part in national Make Someone Smile Week. Last year, Teleflora units delivered more than 25,000 floral arrangements to those in need of a smile.
