Wal-Mart stores in Leavenworth and Lawrence received a series of bomb threats on Sunday.

According to ABC sister station KMBC, the threats were made early Sunday morning.

Police told KMBC that no dangerous devices were found at any of the stores.

Investigators are trying to determine if these threats are connected to other bomb threats called in to Missouri Wal-Mart stores on Friday.

Two Kansas City-area Wal-Mart stores were evacuated on Friday, as well as one in Ozark, one in Nixa, Missouri, and one in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Anyone with information regarding these threats is encouraged to call the Lawrence Police Department at 785-830-7400, the Leavenworth Police Department at 913-651-2260, or their local authorities.
