Social Media Helping Reunite Fire Victims With Pets

Local animal rescuers are lending a helping hand and a kind heart to the victims of the Mannford grass fires.

Tulsa Animal Welfare is using Facebook to help reunite pets separated from their owners by wildfires in Creek County.

There, people can post pictures of animals, both lost and found.

You can also learn about fostering livestock.

We've set up a link to the right of this story.

And starting Tuesday morning, Tulsa SPCA will be collecting supplies for pets in Creek County.

From 7:30 am to 6 pm, they'll be parked outside Drysdales near 31st & Memorial.

You can also drop off cash donations.
