Weeden, Blackmon Make Headlines on Tuesday

Posted: Updated:

For two former Oklahoma State Cowboys, Tuesday was a busy day.  In Cleveland, QB Brandon Weeden participated in his first practice since being named the Brown's starting signal-caller.

Weeden's first NFL game under center will be this Friday night in Detroit.

Meanwhile, Justin Blackmon - his favorite target last season - joined the Jaguars for his first practice since ending his contract holdout on Monday.

Blackmon stayed in shape during his holdout by working out here in Oklahoma.

The Jags' first Preseason game is also Friday night, against the New York Giants.
