A dust storm rolled into the Phoenix area on Saturday.
The storms, just south of Phoenix, brought windy and dusty conditions.
A Dust Storm Warning was in effect most of Saturday for the Phoenix area.
According to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), a dust storm usually arrives suddenly in the form of an advancing wall of dust and debris which may be miles long and several thousand feet high.
They strike with little warning, making driving conditions hazardous.
The dust storm was part of another hot day in the Phoenix area, with temperatures reaching as high as 110 degrees.
