On your drive to work this morning, be ready to tap the breaks, as ODOT advises a few more areas will be under construction starting Tuesday.
*I-244 will narrow near Harvard Ave beginning Tuesday night.
Drivers can also expect various lane closures on east and westbound I-244 near Harvard Ave. from 8 p.m. tonight to 5 a.m. Tuesday for installation of traffic sensors. ODOT advises drivers to use caution in this area.
*I-44 ramp to US-64/SH-51 (Broken Arrow Expressway) will close Tuesday
The eastbound I-44 ramp to eastbound US-64/SH-51 will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday for surface repairs. Drivers can use the other ramps at this interchange to loop around for access to eastbound US-64/SH-51 during this time.
*I-44 narrows near I-244 junction Tuesday
The left lane of eastbound I-44 will be closed near the I-244 junction (western split) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday for surface repairs.
Campgrounds along the Illinois River, like Diamondhead Resort in Tahlequah, pack out around this time, every year for Memorial Day weekend, but this year may be different.
