Mayor Dewey Bartlett announced in a news conference Wednesday that he and Tulsa City Councilors will host five public forums across Tulsa to receive citizen input for Vision2 projects.

The Vision2 program is a resolution passed Monday by the Board of County Commissioners.  It would give citizens of Tulsa an opportunity to vote for an extension of the Vision 2025 program.

With a potential extension, the City of Tulsa must identify projects for inclusion in the new Vision2 program.

Other communication outlets are also in place for citizens to provide suggestions and feedback immediately.

If Vision2 is approved on November 6, the city of Tulsa will gain financing for the projects outlined in the resolution. While each project will vary on completion time, all Vision2 initiatives would be complete by 2029.
