Body Found in Abandoned Trailer in Ponca City

The OSBI and the Kay County Sheriff's Department are investigating a homicide.

A man's body was found in an abandoned trailer in South Ponca City. Investigators say the body had been there several weeks.

The medical examiners office will work to find a cause of death and identify the man.

Agents have arrested Jared James Bales, 32, in connection with the homicide. He was booked on a complaint of first degree murder.
