A second man pled guilty Wednesday to drug-related charges.

61-year-old Felix Gandy pled guilty on Wednesday to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distributing controlled substances.

33-year-old Marion Ladon Antwine, Gandy's co-defendant, had pled guilty to possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime in July.

Charges arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms' Violent Crime Task Force—which includes the Cherokee County Sheriff's Department, District 27 District Attorney's Drug Task Force, the Tahlequah Police Department, and the Muskogee Police Department.

The defendants were indicted in April 2011.

The indictment alleged that between June 2010 and April 2012, Gandy conspired with others to distribute cocaine and marijuana and that Antwine possessed two revolvers in the "furtherance of a drug trafficking crime."

Both Gandy and Antwine will remain in the custody of the United States Marshal Service until their sentencing hearings.

They could face up to 10 years imprisonment and/or up to a $10,000,000 fine.
