Guantanamo Bay, CU -

An Internet outage and the threat of a possible hurricane shut down a pre-trial hearing for a group of 9-11 terror attack suspects on Wednesday.

The five suspects at the hearing included Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, seen here in court sketches.

Mohammed is the self-proclaimed mastermind of the September 11th attacks.

The Pentagon canceled Wednesday's proceedings and ordered everyone who flew in for the hearing to go back home, as Tropical Storm Isaac churns in the Atlantic.

Prisoners at the base who are not already in hurricane resistant housing are expected to be relocated to safety.

The start of the actual trial is probably still a year away.
