Rev. Jesse Jackson discussed problems with Oklahoma's justice system Thursday night.
He was the keynote speaker at a forum on social justice at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Stillwater.
He put his support behind a former OSU player recently convicted of raping two women at a party.
Last month, a Payne County jury found Darrell Williams guilty.
Both women identified him after police showed them a photo of the entire Cowboys' team.
Jackson's goal is to use this case as the latest example of criminal justice issues that exist in Oklahoma.
"We must change the system," says Jackson. "Too many people are in jail unnecessarily. Too many innocent people have been convicted. We want a justice system not drive by money."
Williams will be sentenced Friday.
