Governor Fallin says the atmosphere is positive and full of excitement at the Republican National Convention.
Fallin is slated to speak at the convention tonight.
She'll address Oklahoma's rich history, its strong economy and how to build new jobs and business.
It's something Fallin says our current president doesn't understand.
She told ktul.com, "One of the things I'm going to be talking about is President Obama's philosophy about business and how America operates. He made the comment 'If you have a business, you didn't build that. Somebody else did'. And I want to ask him the question, who did you really think caused that to happen?"
Governor Fallin will speak sometime between 7 and 8 o'clock tonight.
