A Union High School student is out of jail on bond Friday morning.
Jonathan DeVito, 18, of Tulsa is accused of taking and sending out pictures of another student using the restroom.
Tulsa County authorities began the investigation Wednesday afternoon around 2:00 p.m. at the school on south Mingo Road.
Authorities said Devito snapped a photo inside the boys' restroom with his cell phone and sent it out on Twitter, according to arrest documents.
The picture was of an underage, mentally-disabled male student. "The picture displayed a student with his pants and underwear down to his ankles using the urinal," the arrest report states.
Devito was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of peeping Tom,
manufacture of child pornography, violation of computer crimes act and
distribution of child pornography.
At first, he was to be held without bond, but that order was reduced and Devito was released Thursday evening.
School administrators learned about the picture after students told their teacher, who then alerted the principal.
Union public schools spokesperson Gretchen Haas-Bethel said the district is unable to comment further on the case due to state and federal laws.
"We certainly take the safety and dignity of our students very seriously, and if there's everything reported to us we do everything in our power to protect their well-being," Haas-Bethel said.
Formal charges have not been filed.
