PepsiCo is looking into how it can make the soft drink hold on to its sweet taste longer.
The problem is the sweetener now used in the soda, aspartame, loses its punch faster than high fructose corn syrup, which is used in most regular sodas.
The company is testing a new version that could come out next year.
