Local Restaurant Says Thanks With Food

A Tulsa restaurant recognizes and thanks Tulsa police officers for their service on Labor Day.

Olive Garden of Utica Square brought a full meal to officers on duty at the Gilcrease Division in north Tulsa.

It's part of the chain's "Hospitaliano" visits which are an 11-year-old Labor Day tradition.

A company spokesperson writes the Hospitaliano (thank you) lunches are just one way to give back and serve those that serve the community.

Roughly 750 restaurants across the country were scheduled to take part in the event.
