Guthrie Green Opens In Downtown Tulsa

There's a new spot in downtown Tulsa to hear and see outdoor performances.

The George Kaiser Family Foundation officially opened the Guthre Green Friday afternoon at 111 E. Brady St.

The green is a new park that features a stage for musical and theatrical performances.

Fountains flow along with beverages and food at a new restaurant called Lucky's on the Green.

A grand opening party is set to run through the weekend. Music acts Salsabor, Tulsa Playboys and Brave Combo are scheduled for Friday night.
