The Vault: New Tulsa Restaurant Opens In Old Downtown Bank

Posted: Updated:

There's a new option to eat in downtown Tulsa.

The Vault is the newest restaurant to open its doors in the Tulsa deco district. The owners held the grand opening Wednesday night.

Located at 6th and S. Cincinnati, it's housed in what used to be Oklahoma's first-ever drive-thru bank.

Instead of doing a complete remodel, the owners decided to get creative and incorporated the old bank's look.

"The downstairs bar is the old teller line," says owner Jeramy Auld. "We stuck a new top on that but that's the original teller line. The old vault is still here down in the basement. All the teller lines are still intact so it's a really cool space.">

The eatery pays tribute to the 1950's with several classics on the menu.

They also have a glass-enclosed area and patio seating.

Here are the hours:
Mon. - Fri. (11am - 10pm)
Sat. (4 - 10pm)
TomTom Room (21 & Over):
Open Sat. & Sun. until 2am
