Tulsa's Young Professionals announced Thursday they are backing Vision 2, an extension of the Vision 2025 sales tax.
Leaders met at Zink Dam along the Arkansas River.
The executive director says, revitalizing the region is crucial to attracting new businesses, and jobs.
They're especially excited about river development.
Katie Silvey with TYPros says, "We should be taking advantage of this resource not only for its beauty and its nature, but for the opportunity in the sports and recreational endeavors and economic development."
TYPros also supports improvements to Central Library, the Children's Museum, and city transportation.
