Council Sets Dates For Public Hearings On Vision2

Posted: Updated:

City councilors have decided to hold two special meetings and two public hearings regarding the resolution they will draft and vote upon deciding the projects to be included in the Vision2 projects for the City of Tulsa.

The first meeting will give councilors the opportunity to ask questions to groups that advocated for their cause at the City of Tulsa Vision2 town hall meetings. Speakers will participate by invitation only. The purpose of the second meeting is to draft a resolution on how to spend the $157.9 million the City of Tulsa will receive if the second proposition of Vision2 passes. The remaining meetings are public hearings seeking input on the resolution drafted by councilors.

Here is the schedule:
Wednesday, September 19, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Thursday, September 20, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Tuesday, September 25, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 27, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
