Lincoln County, OK -

The Oklahoma Attorney General's office has filed charges against a Muskogee business for defrauding multiple homeowners.

Jason Priest, 36, has been accused of fraud with his company JMP Buildings and Muskogee Barn Company.

A news release indicates Priest would accept initial payments for supplies and construction of building frames.  After the frames were built and homeowners made second payments, Priest reportedly never finished the work.

Homeowners affected span several counties, including Tulsa and Oklahoma counties.  Charges were filed in Lincoln County district court.  The work in question was done between October 2009 and June 2011.

The Attorney General estimates victims lost more than $82,000.
