Verdict Handed Down In Sweeny Murder Trial

The verdict has been handed down in the murder of Tulsa Businessman Neal Sweeny.

Fred Shields has been charged with first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

The first degree murder charge carries a life sentence.

Shields was convicted of being the go-between man in the murder Sweeny.

On Sunday night a tornado went through the town of Carney. It destroyed or damaged about 40 homes. When you look out at the area there are homes in every direction that show some kind of damage.
