Super 8 Motel Armed Robbery

TULSA, Okla. -

An armed robbery took place at a Super 8 Hotel on 11th and Skelly just off of I-44 around noon, Monday, Sept. 24.

The suspect is described as a black male in his late 20's or early 30's.

The man allegedly walked into the Super 8 lobby with a semi-automatic gun. He proceeded to jump over the counter and told the clerk to get back. He then took the contents of the cash drawer.

Investigators are unsure whether the suspect left the motel on foot or in a waiting vehicle.

Police are still investigating the incident.
