Glenpool resident Amber Marie Baker, 23, was arrested Sunday evening.

Police said surveillance video shows Baker throwing a bottle of water at the vehicle and swinging at a woman who was in the passenger seat. Baker then pepper sprayed inside the vehicle with the two children in the back seat, according to the police report.

According to the booking report, Baker, who was accompanied by her mother, yelled "which one of you sprayed my daughter?"

The police officer at the scene said that he could still smell the remnants of pepper spray when he arrived.

All of the people sprayed treated and released by paramedics, according to the report.

Baker ran away from the scene and was later found by one of the police officers. Upon being questioned about the earlier incident, Baker said she had no knowledge about it until she was shown video of her at the scene, according to the report.
