You can almost smell it in the air.. corn dogs, funnel cakes and turkey legs!

The countdown is on to the Tulsa State Fair!

It starts Thursday and the food vendors are pretty much in place.

Also Tuesday, booths inside the QuikTrip Center were going up.

And trucks hauling all kinds of rides were starting to roll-through the fairgrounds.

All of the commotion is keeping workers busy around the clock.

"It's really hectic," says Marketing & Business Supervisor Sarah Thompson."It's busy with everybody moving in. There's a lot of movement on the grounds with the ride trailers and the concession trailers setting up. It's a busy time, but it's also a fun time."

It's on the upper level of the QuikTrip Center.
