Shoppers looking for some glamour this evening while also helping to prevent child abuse and neglect need look no further than Saks Fifth Avenue.
The second annual Evening of Glamour will begin at 5 pm until 7 pm at the Saks Fifth Avenue in Utica Square and will include shopping, wine and a special fashion show. The event will benefit The Parent Child Center of Tulsa.
"An Evening of Glamour is a great opportunity to find something really special for Tulsa's fall gala season," said Amanda Viles, marketing director for Saks Fifth Avenue Tulsa. "The trunk show includes many different styles, fits and lengths, so there is something for everyone."
According to a press release, the trunk show will showcase women's designer evening gowns and men's formal wear during the reception. Designers like Badgley Mischka, Marchesa Notte and Theia all will be shown.
Shoppers will still have a chance to support the Parent and Child Center of Tulsa on Friday and Saturday as the store donates 10 percent of sales to the organization.
"We love that we can partner with a company like Saks Fifth Avenue to raise funds and awareness for our organization," said Nancy Moore, executive director of the Parent Child Center of Tulsa. "We hope to see all of our supporters at An Evening of Glamour and shaping at Saks throughout the weekend."
