Now an update to a story we first told you about a few weeks back.
Orders are pouring in to the Oklahoma brewery behind "Nobama Brew".
But the owner says, he's been banned from selling the beer outside the state.
He applied with the Tax and Trade Bureau to go national.
But for some reason, the worker who handled the application, Kent Battle Martin, added a note saying the "product is only for sale in Oklahoma."
The question now is why?
"From a business perspective, for a business owner," says Rick Huebert, who owns the brewery. "It seems like the federal government is trying to do everything they can to push down a business."
"He misunderstood, is the impression I got from him. That we wanted to sell outside of Oklahoma," said Huebert's lawyer, Randy Malone.
No doubt about it, Huebert Brewing helps keep jobs in Oklahoma.
"We have people from Henryetta that does our bottling, we have all of our labels that come from the Moore area."
Huebert says he would submit another application, but he is concerned approval would come after the election.
