The Tulsa County District Attorney has charged a Broken Arrow woman with first degree manslaughter after she hit and killed a person while driving under the influence.
A court document indicates Donna Murphy was driving under the influence when she hit another car.
The driver of that car died.
A child was also in the car and suffered severe injuries, including a brain bleed.
Murphy was given an additional charge of DUI with Great Bodily Injury.
