Zoo Run Scheduled For Saturday Morning

  The 43rd Annual Zoo Run is scheduled for Saturday, October 6th.

  The family friendly race features a 5k, 10k, Tiger Challenge Trail Run and a 1-Mile Fun Run.

  Zoo organizers say it's the 7th largest race in Oklahoma.

  Warm-Ups begin at 7:45 AM at Mohawk Park.

  The Fun Run begins at 8:15 AM.

  The 5k begins at 8:30 AM.

  The Tiger Challenge is at 8:45 AM.

  The 10k begins at 9:00 AM.

  The gates to Mohawk Park will close at 8:25 Saturday morning but will re-open to the general public at 10:00.

  Family members of participants can enter the zoo for free until 10:00 AM to cheer on runners at the finish line.

  After the race, runners and their families can enjoy a hospitality area which includes jupiter jumps, educational activities and food from local businesses.
