Sooners Eyeing Fair Food As Well As Win Over Texas

Posted: Updated:

The Oklahoma Sooners have a lot on the line when they face Texas in the 107th Red River Rivalry this Saturday at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas.

Braggin' rights are always important.

They want to stay in reach of Kansas State and West Virginia for the Big 12 lead.

And of course that Golden Hat Trophy is some pretty nice swag.

But let's not forget, eating fair food is high on everyone's list.

" All I need is a funnel cake, two corn dogs and a turkey leg." OU Defensive End R.J. Washington said, "That's all I want so hopefully I can get my mom or my sister to sneak out towards the end of the game and get that for me before me get on the bus.  Win or lose, I want my corn dog!"

Hear what other fair food items the Sooners are looking forward to eating on our Red River Rivalry Pregame Special Saturday morning at 10:30am.  Then settle in for the game on Tulsa's Channel 8.  Kickoff is set for 11:00am.
