Lottery Celebrates Education Milestone

Oklahoma City -

The Oklahoma Lottery is celebrating a milestone.

Nearly $500 million has been contributed to Oklahoma schools since the lottery started in 2005.

Ceremonial checks were presented at a ceremony in Oklahoma City on Monday.

So far, Higher Education has received $201,500,000.

Elementary and Secondary Education has been given $225,300,000.
