A judge reduced the bond for a 55-year-old woman being held in jail for her alleged involvement in a child pornography investigation.
On Wednesday afternoon, the bond for Glenpool resident Sally Deupree was lowered from $ 1.5 million to $100,000.
The judge's bond reduction comes after he went against prosecutors requests that he not lower Deupree's bond.
If Deupree bond's out, the judge ordered that she wear an ankle monitor and that she stay away from children.
Tulsa police arrested Deupree at the beginning of October on charges of attempting to procure the participation of a minor in child pornography. Investigators said she asked Ricky Lewis, 32, to send videos of himself having sex with an underage girl.
Lewis, of Tulsa, was arrested on numerous counts involving child pornography. He's accused of communicating with Deupree and Brittiny Dick, 21, and exchanging photos of young girls and boys with them.
