With the Winter Approaching, What Can Green Country Expect This Season?

Many of you may be wondering what kind of weather is in store for us this winter, here's a preview of what Chief Meteorologist Jennifer Zeppelin has been working on.

"We have to travel to the west coast," Jennifer said about getting a clue on how the winter will treat us this year.

Cooler waters warming up are signaling the return of a major climate pattern, El Niño.

So what exactly is El Niño and how is it going to affect your winter weather? And will we have a repeat of 2011's record snows?
